Esra Kurt

Orthodontist Dr. Esra Kurt was born in Istanbul in 1984. She graduated from Pertevniyal Anatolian High School in 2002 and from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2007. Between 2008 and 2013, she conducted clinical and academic studies as a research assistant in the Department of Orthodontics at Atatürk University Faculty of Dentistry with a TÜBİTAK achievement scholarship.

In 2013, she completed her doctorate with her thesis titled “Evaluation of the Effects of Dental-Bone-Supported Face Mask Treatment on Craniofacial Structures in Individuals with Skeletal Class III Anomalies by Using Cone-Beam Computed Tomographic Imaging” and received the title of Doctor of Orthodontics. After working as an orthodontist in the private healthcare sector in Istanbul between 2013 and 2017, she joined the Gençer team in 2017.

She is a member of the Turkish Orthodontic Association, the European Orthodontic Society, and the World Federation of Orthodontists. She conducts clinical research in areas such as mini-screw anchor treatments, treatment of skeletal anomalies in children, the Invisalign treatment system, lingual orthodontics, and orthognathic surgery. Dr. Esra Kurt is a certified practitioner of the Invisalign technique and Win lingual orthodontics.
